I had 3 defective chargers for my macbook pro, they effectively burned out the charging port on the laptop.  After i spent 2hrs of my time visiting a ‘Genius” that looked like Jesus but talked like a out of work actor with an apple store job, i was saved by the SR MANAGER Scott.  He understood the value of good customer satisfaction and solved my problem with the 3 defective chargers that burned out my magport.  The happy result from an unhappy visit to the Lenox Apple Store is that manager Scott resolved it with a replacement charger, i give the ‘”JESUS” looking “Genius” analogist zero stars…
